I was impressed by how clean the restrooms were. There were no lines at all, which made the stop quick and easy. Overall, I’d definitely say it was a good experience

Used strazcenter.org before we went. Just trying to figure out show times, seats, parking... all the usual parent stuff. It was simple. The kids and family events were easy to spot, which I appreciated because I did not want to dig around forever.

The place itself felt nice when we got there. Welcoming. Not stressful. Staff were patient, even with my kids asking a million little questions. Bathrooms were nearby, things felt organized, and we had a good time. I’d definitely go back for another family outing.

That said, the donor emails and account info are a little confusing, and I had to ask twice to understand what benefits I actually had. It’s not a bad experience, but it does make me wonder how organized the whole system is. Could definitely be smoother

I got the event info a little later than expected and had to double-check a couple things to make sure I had it right. Everything worked out in the end, but it just seems like sending clearer details a bit earlier would save everyone some confusion.

I really liked the overall feel of the building, the old details and decor gave the night a special kind of charm. It definitely made the place memorable, though I did have a few mixed feelings since some parts felt a bit dated rather than just vintage. Still, the atmosphere was probably my favorite part of the experience.

I went to a show at the Straz and thought getting inside was going to be more of a mess, especially with that whole crowd out front. But it actually moved along way better than I expected, and the staff were good about pointing everyone in the right direction.
